Florida (FL): We require a prescription to ship to the follwoing counties: Miami-Dade, Monroe, or Broward County.
Illinois (IL): A prescription is requred for quantities over 20 syringes.
Maine (ME): A prescription is required for quantities over 10 syringes.
New Hempshire (NH): A prescription is required for quantities over 10 syringes.
New Jersey (NJ): A prescription is required for quantities over 10 syringes.
New York (NY): A prescription is required for quantities over 10 syringes.
US Virgin Islands: A prescription is required for any quantity of syringes.
