Returns and Refund Policy
All of our products are guaranteed to be new and should be inspected by the customer immediately upon arrival. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. If it is necessary to return or exchange merchandise, please email us at email@example.com. All claims must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of product to qualify for a return merchandise authorization ("RMA"). No returns will be accepted without this number or after 30 calendar days of receipt of product. All products have to be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing credit or refund. Credit will not be issued for opened, partially consumed, or discarded products. Original shipping charges will not be refunded if the return is not due to damage or we shipped a wrong item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing of refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Prior to contacting us please first check your bank account to be certain you haven’t received a refund yet. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We are happy to replace the merchandise at your shipping expense if it is returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Applicable to all returns terms.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We will issue or refund the return postage if you are returning because of our error (e.g. we shipped the wrong item), otherwise it is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs for returning the item. In most cases shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be shipped to the return address provided with the RMA number. If you want us to provide you with a return label we can create a UPS/FedEx call tag, they will pick up the package from you with a pre-paid label, and the fee for that service is $13.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift receiver and a return or exchange is necessary or requested then all of the above conditions apply with the addition that a refund can only be applied to the original method of payment.
