You have 30 days after receipt of the product to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Before returning any product(s) please contact our customer service to receive a RMA number. Items are returnable only in unopened and resalable condition, for which a RMA number was issued. If the product is returned within the specified time and in resalable condition full credit or refund will be issued. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days after issuance. Due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to accept returns for any opened items. If there are any shortages or damages upon receipt of the order these have to be reported within 3 days from receiving the order.
Depends on the nature of the issue we use the following guidelines to determine who is responsible for shipping charges.
We will pay for or reimburse shipping charges if:a. The item(s) you received from us was shipped to you in error.
b. The item arrived DOA (dead on arrival/non-working).
In either of the above cases we will either send a prepaid label, or ask you to send the item(s) back and we will reimburse the shipping costs after receiving a copy of your shipping invoice.
We are not responsible if:In all other instances you (the customer) is responsible for returning the item back to us.
