Shipping fee is calculated during checkout and is based on several factors such as order weight and distance to the destination. Most orders over $250 will be shipped free of charge via Standard Ground Shipping within the continental United States. Items from the following categories (including sub-categories): Incontinence, Enteral, and Miscellaneous DME do not qualify for the $250 free shipping promotion. A tracking confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is shipped.
A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER:
We only ship on business days: Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders received by 4:00PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday are processed and shipped the same Business Day.
Orders received Saturday - Sunday (weekend) are processed and shipped Monday.
Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email from us.
The estimated shipping times quoted do not include manufacturing time for custom and special orders. Please contact us for information on special and custom orders.
IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY?
Most orders will ship without signature requirement. If no one is present upon delivery the carrier might at their discretion leave the package by the door. We are not responsible for any lost packages left by the carrier. If you feel it is not safe to leave the package outside the door please specify so during checkout (in the comments section). We will then ship signature required (extra fee - whatever the delivery service charges). It is the customers responsibility to make sure that someone will be available to sign for the package on the delivery day. We reserve the right to require signature upon delivery for any order we deem necessary.
SHIPMENTS TO PO BOXES
Most orders can be shipped to a PO box, but some might require a physical address to be shipped. In case we need to ship your order to a physical address we will contact you to get your address details.
SHIPMENTS TO NON-CONTIGUOUS US STATES
We ship to states such as Alaska and Hawaii but at an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
At this time we do not accept International orders and do not ship overseas.
We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to Acts of God, heavy holiday shipping schedules, and incomplete or incorrect delivery information. Should your package be delayed while in carrier’s possession it is the responsibility of the carrier to indemnify you for any losses sustained by you. We reserve the right to pass along any additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
